5. USER DATA & CONTACT OWNERSHIP
You retain full ownership of:

• details you submit
• notes you record
• information captured through scanning or enrichment
You grant Conexipro Ltd. a limited license to:
• process, analyze, enrich, and store your data
• provide the Service to you
• maintain backups and perform security operations
We do not sell or publicly share your contacts or personal data.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
You agree NOT to use Conexa to:
A. Break the law
• upload illegal content
• violate privacy, IP, or data protection laws
B. Harm the platform
• interfere with servers
• bypass security
• copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code
C. Abuse the system
• spam contacts
• misuse enrichment
• scrape or mass harvest data
• upload false, harmful, or fraudulent information
D. Misrepresent yourself
• impersonate others
• create fake profiles
• misuse the Service for scams or harmful activities
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for violating this policy.
7. TEAM ACCOUNTS & ORGANIZATIONS
If you join a team or organization on Conexa:
• authorized admins may view and manage your workspace activity
• team contacts may be shared within the organization
• the organization may export or delete data as permitted by their plan
You agree that your use of Conexa within a team environment is subject to your employer's or organization's rules.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS, PAYMENTS & BILLING
If you purchase a paid plan:
• fees are billed based on your selected plan
• all payments are final unless required by law
• subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• failure to pay may suspend access to paid features
We may adjust pricing with notice.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee:
• uninterrupted access
• error-free operation
• complete accuracy of data
Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, or external factors. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
